Samir D. Mehta, MCP – Chief Executive Officer
Samir is a dynamic, forward-thinking IT entrepreneur. He received his bachelor’s of Science degree in civil engineering from the
University of West Virginia. He spent 4 years in engineering and construction before attending the Chubb Institute where he received
a degree in network engineering and data communications. Samir has over a decade of hands-on IT management experience – specializing
in project management, data analysis and network infrastructure design. Samir has extensive knowledge in custom application and
database development for mid-size pharmaceutical and device manufacturing companies. After witnessing the trend of global IT
outsourcing and the challenges American companies continue to face as a result, Samir founded the Chimera Partnership.
Samir has worked with organizations to develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance their operations. He regularly
negotiates large contracts and manages vendor relations – resulting in client savings (60% in many instances) by re negotiating
voice, data, and teleconferencing agreements. His project management abilities include leading regulatory compliance – specializing
in Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Section 404 compliant environments.
Samir has helped companies increase internal security by installing managed security solutions for IDS and firewalls. Additionally,
he has partnered with organizations to add multiple layers of virus protection and spam filtering. With today’s ever-increasing IT
threats, Samir places a high-priority on enhanced security and risk control by creating usage and security setting policies for the
Chimera Partnership’s clients. Samir’s vision is to help his clients restore the value and integrity of IT and cope with the
constantly evolving technology landscape.
